We are committed to bringing new talent into our industry, as well as helping and supporting those already in it. We attend careers fairs, offer mentoring schemes with local universities, and Richard is on the Shrewsbury College Skills Panel.
We are proud to offer work placements, which have even led to us offering the individuals paid positions in the past. We constantly offer training programmes to our staff, allowing them to grow and expand in their careers. Tim and Richard are also trained in Workplace Mental Health First Aid.
Helping to protect our planet
We have undergone carbon literacy training and are proud to apply our knowledge to the way we run our company.
We are passionate about Net Zero, both internally and within the construction industry as a whole and are constantly reviewing how we run our company with this goal in mind, including making sure people are aware of the PassivHaus scheme.
Helping to build our community
We have a commitment to our local community. We make regular charitable donations to various charities such as Home-Start Telford & Wrekin who Zoe Clifton is taking part in a sky dive for.
We are sponsoring enterprise programmes across various schools in the area and also support FC Old Horns, a Birmingham based football team. We have recently donated towards SYA’s new building, to be able to provide them with fixtures and fittings.
