How does it work post contract for Contractors?
Our team of Contractor Quantity Surveyors look after the contractor/subcontractor’s interests during the construction phase. We do a lot of the heavy lifting, financially and contractually that is.
During a project our Quantity Surveyors will compile and process Contractor’s Applications for Payment, administer change control procedures, continually update the Budget and manage contractual notices. We will even help you procure the right materials at the best prices.
The day to day construction of a project means that things are always changing. It’s our job to make sure you know what those changes mean for you.
